Step 1 – Initial Consultation
Jen, the Owner and Founder of Selected Cleaning, will arrange a meeting or call to discuss your cleaning requirements, expectations, property details, and any specific challenges or priorities.
Step 2 – Site Assessment & Proposal
Where required, we will carry out a site visit to gain a full understanding of the property and the level of service needed. We will then provide a tailored quotation and service proposal.
Step 3 – Cleaning Plan & Schedule
Once approved, a written cleaning plan will be created outlining the agreed scope of works, cleaning frequencies, responsibilities, and service standards to ensure complete transparency.
Step 4 – Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS)
For every contract, we complete Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). This helps protect both our cleaning team and your business, ensuring all work is carried out safely, professionally, and in line with best practices.
Step 5 – Service Commencement
Our trained cleaning team will begin delivering the agreed services according to the schedule, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Ongoing Communication & Quality Control
Unlike many larger cleaning companies, you will have direct communication with the managing director throughout the contract. This means any questions, concerns, additional requirements, or service adjustments can be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

As part of your commercial cleaning contract, we will provide all the necessary equipment and materials required to carry out the scheduled cleaning tasks.
Additionally, we conduct regular inspections of our sites, where a thorough stock check is performed to ensure that your business always has the correct supplies to maintain a clean and hygienic premises.
