All of our employees complete a strict registration procedure. We first telephone interview them to make sure they meet our requirements. Next we interview them in their own homes. If accepted, they undergo a trial period to test their services they provide is up to standards. They are DBS checked and at least 2 references are requested by us.
There is no given contract. You choose how long and how often you would like your cleaning to be done. If you choose to stick to the same cleaner thats great but if you would like a different one all we ask is for you to give us 24hr notice. If you do not want our services anymore we ask that you let us know a minimum 1 week ahead of cancellation.
Yes, they are covered by public liability insurance.
When selected Cleaning come meet you we will discuss a day and time that suites you.
If your cleaner calls in sick we have asked that they call as soon as they are unwell. Once they notify us we work hard to find the right housekeeper to cover the sick days. We do not replace the cleaner if they only occasionally unwell.
Holidays, if you plan on going on holiday we do ask that you can provide us with 4 weeks notice if possible, it is totally up to the clients if they want their cleaner to attend to your housekeeping whilst they on holiday by providing a key to the cleaner or neighbor for access. If you do not want them to attend whilst your away, we can arrange to add an hour on-top of the regular cleaning to make up any hours lost.
The payment range at £14.50 per hour.
The housekeepers fee is paid on the day of the service.
